Originally started as an “up market” division of another super budget rental car business in Nelson. It has grown and now is operating very successfully with agents throughout New Zealand. We run a fleet of very tidy cars between 1 and 11 years old which puts us near the upper end of the budget rental car operators in New Zealand. We have 8 seater vans, 11 seaters and 12 seaters at very realistic prices. Some are a little older than the cars, but just as reliable and wow our prices are the lowest around! Along with our agents and other rental businesses we own, we have around 150-200 cars available through the South Island of New Zealand (depending on seasonal fluctuations). Insurance Free comprehensive insurance on all hires with an excess of up to $1,000 (N.Z.) payable if a vehicle is damaged during your hire. (If the damage is minor you would not be asked to pay the full excess) We are not fussy about stone chips and tiny scratches. The insurance excess can be reduced to $250 by paying an additional $10 per day or can be reduced to zero by paying a further $5.00 (ie. $15 per day) Child Seats We have a good selection of forward facing childrens car seats and booster seats available at no extra charge and recomend a class C to be most suitable to be used with car seats as these are fitted with an extra safety bolt to secure the seat to the vehicle. 4wd In the winter we have 4wd vehicles available for hire and snow chains at no extra charge should you plan to visit St Arnaud or wish to go snow skiing up at the Rainbow skifield.
